Checkout amounts, wallet credit, package discounts and refund records.

Payments are processed through the configured checkout provider. A successful server-confirmed checkout adds wallet credit; visiting a success page alone does not.

Reviews

Relevant feedback, respectful content and fair marketplace presentation.

Reviews should reflect a genuine learner experience. Abusive, misleading or unrelated content may be moderated.

Cancellations

Rules for learner cancellations, instructor cancellations and restored credits.

The app records cancellations and prevents the same appointment from being refunded twice. Confirm the displayed timing rule before cancelling.

Privacy & account data

How profile, booking, message and verification information is used.

Data is used to provide account, marketplace, booking and communication features. Sensitive instructor verification information is separated from public profile data.
