Package hours determine the full lesson-credit value. A configured discount lowers the amount paid; the full value enters your wallet. Lessons are charged at your current instructor’s rate, so changing instructors can change how many hours the balance covers. Government test fees, licence fees, tolls and other third-party costs are not included unless checkout explicitly says so.
